Please allow 48-72 hours on processing your order prior to shipment.

**Changes to orders CANNOT be made. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalizing your order.

If you would like to cancel your order after its been placed, please email chocsboxfm@gmail.com within one hour of placement. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping:

Standard shipping is Priority Mail via USPS,  usually 2-3 business days delivery (including Saturdays). Orders over 5 items may take 5-7 business days, however, please allow 8-10 days to process and ship your order depending on the volume of orders.

Next day orders available upon request via chocsboxfm@gmail.com ONLY.

Returns:

All sales are FINAL upon receipt of payment, however, if the item was found to be damaged upon shipment, please contact us within 1 day of shipment arrival.  No refunds, only exchanges are conducted under limited circumstances. If you have any issues or concerns with your order, please contact us at chocsboxfm@gmail.com.

Please ensure you leave your order number in the subject line; a detailed description and/or photo of the item;  All orders must be approved for return, as well as in its original state with original packaging/tags.
